ACT Cape Town will be offering the following speech and drama teaching diploma's to select students:
ATCL – Associate Level
- Entry requirement: Performance Certificate
- Entry level teaching qualification
- Valuable qualification for those working towards a future Licentiate
- Allows graduate to work with individuals and small groups in studios, young people's theatre and private colleges
LTCL – Licentiate Level
- - Entry requirement: ATCL / Undergraduate Degree
- - A recognized teaching qualification in South Africa, United Kingdom and other countries
- - Allows graduate to work in school environment
Please note: the above qualifications are essentially self-study programs. ACT has created a system whereby the student can study with other like-minded students and be guided and taught by various lecturers who understand the requirements of Trinity. It is recommended that students display a high level of commitment and discipline when choosing to enroll in either the ATCL / LTCL.

Term 1: 5 February – 30 March 2012
Term 2: 15 April – 22 June 2012
Term 3: 15 July – 16 November 2012
Days:
Weekly lecture: Monday (6pm – 9pm)
Minimum 3 – 4 hours practical teaching work
COST: R16500.00 (Excludes examination fee payable to Trinity College of plus / minus R4000.00 for all three units)
